Returns

For any return due to the client, both the packaging and the product must be intact. In this case, it must be noted that the shipping cost before and after the return is paid by the client.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, you may do so -free of charge- within 24 hours, starting from the time you gave your order and, in any case, before the order is sent. In case the order has already been sent the shipping cost is paid by you.

Refund

In case of a cancellation before the order is sent, you get a full refund in your bank account or in your credit card -regarding on the method you used to pay.

In case of a cancellation after the order is sent, or in case you want to return the item(s), a refund is sent to your bank account or your credit card -regarding the method you used to pay- as soon as we will receive the items.
